Shipping Policy
Order processing and proof/mockup approval
Most Geo Gear Co. items are custom made or personalized. Most custom orders ship within 1-6 business days after your order is received and any required proof or mockup is approved.
If your order requires a custom proof or mockup, production begins after the design details are confirmed and the proof or mockup is approved. Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Delays in responding to proof or customization questions may delay production and shipment.
Carrier transit and delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier transit time begins after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Transit times vary by shipping method, destination, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Geo Gear Co. is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you about reshipment options and any additional shipping cost.
Lost, delayed, damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier additional time to scan and move the package.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the issue and gladly take care of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Holiday and gift cutoff timing
During holidays and peak gift seasons, production and carrier transit times can be longer than usual. Please order early for time-sensitive gifts. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific holiday or event date unless we explicitly confirm that timing with you in writing.
Local pickup and local delivery
Local pickup and local delivery are not currently offered unless arranged directly with Geo Gear Co. before purchase.
