Where we ship

Geo Gear Co. currently ships within the United States. We are not offering international shipping at this time.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will help with the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after delivery, with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the issue and gladly take care of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Holiday and gift timing

If your order is needed for a holiday, wedding, closing, birthday, retirement, corporate event, or other gift deadline, please order early and include the date in your order notes or message. We will do our best to help, but carrier transit times and proof-approval delays can affect delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom and personalized items

Most Geo Gear Co. items are custom made or personalized. Because these items are made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom, special order, or sale items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns because the customer does not like a customized or personalized item are not accepted.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order and before approving any proof or mockup, if one is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after delivery, with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Eligible non-custom returns

If an item is not personalized, custom, special order, sale, or a gift card, contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible non-custom returns. If we provide a return shipping label, the label cost will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is returned without approval, a refund may be refused or reduced.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on personalized items, custom products, special orders, sale items, or gift cards unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
